Senior Finance Analyst
Requisition Number: 22436BR
Responsibilities:
1) Pricing Management – Maintain customer list prices, promotional billing prices, and product return prices within SAP and Siebel. Assist in managing product 7-digit items, sales Bill-of-Materials verification, Customer Order billing exceptions and monitor revenue cycle processes and controls.
2) System Maintenance and Reconciliation – Responsible for maintaining the data integrity and reconciling the COMPASS, SAP, GSP, Siebel and General Ledger (FRS) systems.
3) Medicaid Accounting & Reporting - Maintain and ensure the accuracy of Medicaid product/pricing data, reconcile system interfaces, perform “Best Price” reviews of trade promotion deals, interact with the US Managed Markets Finance, Global Law, Global Compliance, and Information Technology teams and assist in quarterly reporting.
4) Business Process Review and Testing – Review and recommend change in business processing of customer ordering/payment/deductions and CHC’s trade promotional payments processing; includes review/maintain business process documentation and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
Qualifications, Requirements:
1) BA/BS Accounting or Finance (MBA and CPA/CMA desirable).
2) Job Experience: Minimum 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, with 2-3 years in financial analysis role within an operating unit of a Fortune 500 company. Involvement with Revenue Cycle Accounting, analysis and systems (e.g., customer order management, product sales, invoicing/collections, accounts receivables management) Systems and project management experience Prior experience in financial analysis having direct interaction with Marketing, Sales, or other customer-focused functions.
3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, judgment, maturity, and creativity.
4) Proactive, energetic and able to effectively manage multiple priorities.
5) Strong Microsoft Office skills
6) Industry Experience: Consumer/professional packaged goods or similar industry experience.
Preferred:
7) Hands-on experience with: Financial, Enterprise, Software (e.g., SAP; Siebel; FRS), Data Warehouses and related Query tools (e.g., Business Objects, Access Database).
8) Big four or internal audit experience is desirable; however, it should not be the most recent position.
9) Should be adept at building cross-functional partnerships and accepting accountability for resolving complex reconciliations, both accounting and system interface relate
