DESCRIPTION: Financial Analyst II

Financial Analyst II will:

r     Monitor Subsidiary Debit Note Process/record of Subsidiary Debit Notes (average of 120 per month).

r     Record routine monthly closing entries, (Caribbean Distributor sales, transfer of IAS trading profits, Historical $ adjustments, FAS/XFR adjustment, BS reclasses…etc)

r     Prepare miscellaneous Income and Expense schedule on a monthly basis.

r     Prepare interest expense, interest income schedule on a monthly basis.

r     Prep are exchange schedule on a monthly basis.

r     Monitor B

r     Reconcile

r     Perform Items Consumed Cycle 5 times a year for Latin America countries.

r     Perform Balance Sheet Commentary on a quarterly Basis for US Business.

r     Balance Sheet accounts and prepare analysis on a monthly basis (AP Receipt accounting).Total US Financial Statement in HFM to FRS
