The Finance Analyst will work on the collections of Customer deductions for Schering Corporation.
Responsibilities include communicating with the customer and colleagues to quickly resolve disputes via telephone calls, e-mails, letters and other correspondences sent to customers explaining why repayment is due.
The position will interact with many departments in Schering and within our customers’ organizations (Accounts Payable, Sales, Buyers, Chargeback, Customer Service, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Candidates must be able to manage a challenging workload in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities and be able to multi-task.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Would prefer at least 3-5 years of prior credit/collections experience.
Must have proficient skills in MS Office-Excel, Word and Outlook.
Must have strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
