DESCRIPTION: CONTROLLER
A successful, established manufacturer of plastic compounds located in Eastern Lancaster County, Pennsylvania has a great opportunity for a Controller who will play a key strategic role as an integral member of the company’s senior management team.
The ideal candidate possesses a CPA, 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment, experience managing the IT function of an organization, and proficiency integrating business Legacy systems with other database programs such as Microsoft Office.
Excellent leadership, financial reporting, and communication skills, and a successful track record establishing effective working relationships with business partners such as banks, investment advisors, and external accountants and auditors are also critical. This position reports directly to the President of the company.
