POSITION SUMMARY

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for USIG’s overall business and financial planning, forecasting and analysis efforts.  FP&A conducts analysis of business and financial results, including profitability dynamics, scenario analysis, financial/business projections, financial ratios/trends, etc.  FP&A also serves a key role in driving the integration of USIG’s strategic and financial planning efforts.  In addition, FP&A analyzes USIG conditions in relation to external competitor and industry benchmarks, leads the development of rating agency and board materials, and drives the development of metrics and scorecards to assess USIG performance. 

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:

The Finance Analyst position is responsible for conducting analysis and developing conclusions that support the following FP&A Strategic Planning & Industry Analysis team objectives:
