BUSINESS AREA DESCRIPTION:  

The Retirement Services Finance Department is responsible for financial reporting and analysis, business planning and forecasting, risk management and customer financial support. 

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: 

• Financial reporting and analysis related to monthly financial closings including
  • Division level and product level income statement analysis
  • Supporting customer level profitability analyses
• Preparation of key management reports analyses to senior RS management and to Corporate Financial
• Accounting policy
• Participation in financial forecast and update process
• Participation in business planning process  

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong analytical skills
• CPA
• Strong communication skills
• 6+ years experience 
• Strong organization skills, ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Stat Insurance Accounting
• Knowledge of retirement and/or mutual fund business financial reporting/products desired, not required
• SAP knowledge desired, not required.

COMPENSATION:
