Currently, we are recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager – Product Management & Operations:
General Responsibilities:
Provide financial and analytical support to the Product Management (PM) and Operations/Logistics teams and proactively identify opportunities to enhance financial performance. Responsibilities include managing a staff of analysts.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Act as a primary liaison between Finance, PM, Marketing, Operations and Logistics departments to ensure that all interested parties are using accurate, consistent data, and provide such data and analysis as requested.
· Analyze actual performance and trends of major product groups against plan and prior year, explain material variances and summarize in a monthly reporting to senior management, PM and Operations.
· Identify major financial drivers (selling price, product mix, costs, promotions, etc.) to each product group and partner with PM and Operations to recommend/implement solutions to improve the ROI.
· Conduct performance analysis of new products and support PM innovations with profitability and market share analyses.
· Participate in implementation of strategic key performance indicators for major product groups, conduct monthly analysis and highlight opportunities.
· As needed, create financial models for key products including supply & demand, price elasticity, ROI tools, product life cycle, cost reduction roadmap and retail/distribution deal analysis.
· Partner with PM and Purchasing Team in determining financial impact due to product cost reductions, new product roll out, etc.
· Take initiatives to identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement. As appropriate, based on findings make proposal for operational changes.
· Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting efforts for the PM, Marketing, Operations and Logistics teams.
· Manage and prioritize multiple tasks with a strong orientation toward project leadership, sound judgment, and critical thinking.
· Fulfill responsibilities under OHSAS 18001, understand and fully support OHSAS 18001 system.

Education and Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, CPA and/or MBA in Finance preferred.
· A minimum of 7 - 9 years experience in a comparable role with retail consumer electronics/manufacturing experience as a plus.
· Have a flair for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude including willing to work some longer hours during peak periods.
· Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Self motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
· Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint).
· Proficiency in OFA or similar (Essbase, Cognos, etc.) budgeting tool.
