We are currently seeking the following position at our Harrisburg, PA location: 

CONTROLLER II

Responsible for the strategic development, planning and management of the accounting function for a single site or multiple health plans with a total membership of more than 1 million members. Directs the development and maintenance of planning and budgeting systems, internal controls, analysis and interpretation of trends, the preparation of management reports and procedures, and the presentation of findings and specific recommendations to senior management. 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. CPA or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) required. Advanced degree preferred. Extensive accounting/finance experience required. Extensive experience (usually 10+ years) in managing staff in a large, multi-faceted, complex health care company required. Expert knowledge of GAAP, cost management techniques, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, taxes and investments required. Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills required. Excellent critical thinking, facilitation, problem-solving and analytical skills required.
