We are currently seeking the following position at our Harrisburg, PA location:

Supervisor, Broker Commissions

This individual is accountable for supervising a team of Financial Analysts that provide an interface and support to our brokers and field sales personnel. Reviews commission payments regularly for accuracy and to insure timely processing. Supervises the review of internal sales compensation for Coventry Health Care sales personnel; maintains accurate central database of sales results and paid compensation. Processes monthly commission calculations and coordinates the mailing of broker checks and statements. Completes special projects and adhoc reports.  

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Must be able to handle highly confidential information. Should have previous experience in the financial services industry. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and mathematical skills required, along with previous supervisory experience required. Knowledge of the health care and/or the financial industry preferred. Previous experience working in a broker environment a plus.
