DESCRIPTION:  TAX MANAGER    

Fox Entertainment Group, Inc., a diversified entertainment company operating in numerous industry segments worldwide, is seeking a Tax Manager.  This  position will be responsible for managing the tax compliance function for various companies. Primary responsibilities include reviewing each unit's federal and multi-state tax returns, quarterly estimated tax payments and tax provisions.  

Requirements: 

- Tax compliance preparation and review experience.

- Research tax issues as needed.

- Must be able to effectively manage, develop, and mentor staff.

- Bachelors in Accounting is required. M.B.T. and C.P.A. are preferred.
