DESCRIPTION:  MANAGER OF FINANCIAL PLANNING AND BUDGETING

We also own and operate the Gateway Arch Transportation System, Ticketing and Reservation Center, the Arch Parking Garage, the Gateway Arch Riverboats, and the St. Louis Downtown

Airport in Cahokia/Sauget, Illinois. 

As we continue to achieve great things, we are looking for great people to come along for the ride. Currently, we seek a manager of Financial Planning and Budgeting to join us. 

Duties include:

·         Managing the department that analyzes/summarizes budget requests, financial data, operating statistics, agency strategies, and alternative solutions

·         Interfacing with cost center managers

·         Documenting and communicating annual strategic budget plans, variance reports, performance reports, and cost allocations

·         Coordinating our National Transit Database report

·         Overseeing the operations of 6 companies with operating revenues of $227 million 

Qualifications include:

·         Degree in Accounting or other related field

·         10+ years' experience in budgeting or other related field

·         Knowledge of accounting procedures/conventions, structure of business organizations, and data processing

·         Ability to develop Board-level presentations

·         Strong analytical, communication, business, and PC skills

·         MBA and/or CPA preferred
