DESCRIPTION: Assistant Controller
Reports to: CFO
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
The Assistant Controller is responsible for the integrity of the financial system and controls. Directly oversees general accounting, financial reporting and tax accounting functions. Provides leadership and coordination of company tax, credit, daily accounting, financial reporting and budget management functions. Ensure company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles. Also oversees and/or administers accounting and applicable administrative policies & procedures and has responsibility for proper recordkeeping and safeguarding of Company’s assets. In addition, provides support for Business Unit and Corporate objectives, and special projects.
