DESCRIPTION: Senior Financial Analyst

     REC Silicon of Butte, Montana is recruiting for the position of Sr. Financial Analyst reporting to the Finance Manager.  This position works cross-functionally at all levels across the organization.  Responsible and active role in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and reporting of operational and financial parameters of the facility, for developing cost standards, monitoring cash flow and reporting plant inventory.

     Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of budgeting, forecasting, reporting experience. CPA, CMA or MBA preferred.   Demonstrated knowledge in advanced finance/accounting methodologies, procedures, principles, concepts and techniques.  Must be familiar with GAAP.   Exceptional organizational, analytical and communication (V/W) skills. ERP implementation experience is a plus.
