The Enterprise Accounting Center is looking for talented individuals who are focused on advancing their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will be empowered to share leadership and leverage your skills and experience to deliver superior results.
In this position, you will perform complex accounting assignments that require broad knowledge of accounting practices and procedures to ensure accurate, timely and reliable business and financial results. Specifically:
o Perform month-end closing tasks and deliver financial operating results
o Utilize account reconciliation tools to validate the accuracy & reliability of financial information
o Work closely with Consolidations, Tax and Financial Reporting Teams
o Participate & work with Internal / External financial audits & reports
o Leverage business / manufacturing knowledge to establish reliable financial processes
o Provide training & guidance to other team members
Requires a 4-year degree in accounting, with 3-5 years of work experience & a demonstration of progression in work responsibilities. Has the ability to excel in a team environment and willing to embrace change and collaborate to get results. Possesses strong problem solving skills and can manage multiple priorities. This position leads to future Business Analyst, Tax, Audit and Financial Reporting roles.
