Assist the Internal Audit Director in planning, implementing and performing an objective evaluation of diverse operations and controls within ALSAC to appraise the effectiveness of the system of internal control. In addition, you will work independently & collaboratively with other department staff in accomplishing the annual audit plan established by the Internal Audit Director.
Bachelor's degree, 4 years of experience in accounting or auditing and CPA or Certified Internal Auditor required. Knowledge of professional audit standards as outlined by the Institute of Internal Auditors; PC proficiency and expertise with computer technology principles, terminology, and various automated systems; and excellent communications skills and a valid driver's license a must. Ability to travel up to 40% of the time required.
