Accountant 3 – Malvern, PA
The Accountant will assist with customer support to establish working relationships as well as perform all accounting tasks in the assigned financial area. They serve as support to operating units in problem resolution of complex accounting support problems, review and verify the accuracy and complete Journal Entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records. The Accountant will handle reconciliations, account analysis and support the accounting team and other departments to coordinate and resolve complex accounting issues and various projects. Period-end closing process and reporting within the Siemens Guidelines, CL Plus, Adstar support, P&L and B/S analytics are responsibilities of this individual. They will also handle SOA documentation and compliance.
Knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS
A BS/BA in related discipline, advanced degree or
equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Five to eight
years’ successful experience in related field with knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS is
needed. SAP experience is preferred.
