We currently have a career opportunity for a Financial Analyst at our Morristown, NJ location.

Job Description:

· Position in OTC Financial Planning Dept. supporting the Budgeting, Forecasting, and Tracking of Advertising & Promotion Expenses.
· Project Approval for Division Advertising & Promotion; review funding, supporting documentation, approvals, and account coding.
· Ownership of the Project Approval System, including training, system enhancements and issue resolution for end users.
· Partner with Marketing, Finance, IT, and Procurement to develop enhancements and provide customized solutions
· Participate in day to day financial management (planning, tracking, budgeting and forecasting) of advertising and promotion budgets for selected brands. SAP Project System Maintenance for Advertising & Promotion expenditures. Interface with Brand Management, Marketing Services, and Finance required.
· Conduct Sarbanes Oxley testing for A&P Processes.
· Provide Audit support for A&P expenditures.

Requirements:

BAS Accounting, 2-4 years of accounting experience, SAP knowledge helpful, proficiency with Microsoft Office, able to work independently and make process improvement recommendations.
