Responsibilities:
1. Assist service group directors and producers with production
finances to include:
• Assist in the development of studio and project budgets.
• Preparation of cost analysis for projects. This will include all of
the service groups.
• Financial tracking: monitor monthly expenses against budget and
produce reports for producers and directors.
• Act as liaison between studio and other SCEA groups with regard to
budgeting, BPAF, and G/L tracking issues.
• Service group financial analysis. (SG&A, headcount, capital, etc.)
• Monthly project analysis. (b/e, p&l)
• Analysis of external developer budgets and finances.
• Tracking and Maintain headcount database.
• Work with Finance and internal resources to ensure that budgets are
up to date and accurate.

2. Contribute and/or Assist directors and service group managers in
production support to include:
• Maintain contractor / vendor database. (contact info, key employees,
team size, past games, past contractual terms, expertise & tools, etc.)
• Assist with budget presentations to upper management.
• Assist in the development of annual service group budget report.
• Sales analysis of studio titles and others.
• Prepare end of year wrap up of outstanding invoices.
• Request, spending authority document for cinematic / marketing
projects.
• Track income generation from music and visual arts service groups.
• Analysis of industry data and help compile competitive analyses for
specific projects and genres.
• Request, maintain product (job) codes.
• Support managers as requested in contracting and tracking payments
with external vendors and IC compliant individuals. </ul><p>

Qualifications:
• Interpersonal, facilitation, communication and project management
skills.
• Process knowledge, attention to detail, timely follow-up and strong
organizational skills.
• Ability to identify other business units with necessary technical
knowledge and cultivate relationships.
• Implementing projects in partnership with co-workers, developers and
other SCEA business units. Strong capability to multitask and
prioritize.
• Knowledge of game formats and competing products.
