FP&A, Analyst, Commercial Operations and Administration

Job Description:
Help drive the success of our sales, marketing, and G&A organizations by providing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support to our rapidly growing, fully integrated biotechnology company. You will deliver information and analysis that allows department managers and program leaders to drive superior decision-making. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of highly committed professionals dedicated to building a world-class finance organization.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·Fulfill FP&A responsibilities in support of the company’s SG&A functions, which include sales, marketing, finance, information technology, legal, human resources, corporate and business development

·Prepare annual budgets and ongoing forecasts, working closely with functional leaders
·Develop, distribute, and maintain reports and analyses that summarize functional activity, including comparison and analysis of actual to budgeted and forecasted results
·Maintain an intimate understanding of the key drivers for your assigned functions and projects
·Conduct NPV and ROI analyses for programs that are in pre-clinical stage development
·Help drive greater financial discipline and accountability, and improved finance-related processes, within the research organization

We’re looking for:
·BA or BS degree in finance or accounting preferred
·At least 5 years of finance experience, with the majority in an FP&A role
·Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills required
·Knowledge of GAAP required and a high degree of proficiency with Excel
·Collaborative style and approach
·Experience with SAP and Hyperion preferred
·Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries and the clinical development process strongly preferred
·Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and relationship-building skills
