Senior Analyst, FP&A, Manufacturing & Quality

Job Description

Play an integral role in providing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support to the manufacturing and quality organizations of our rapidly growing, fully integrated biotechnology company. You will support functional and program leaders and participate as a Finance-team representative on cross-functional program teams for pre-clinical development programs. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of highly committed professionals dedicated to building a world-class finance organization. 

Key Responsibilities

·Fulfill FP&A responsibilities in support of the company’s manufacturing and quality organizations, which include the manufacturing operations and supply chain departments
·Prepare annual budgets and ongoing forecasts, working closely with functional leaders
·Develop, distribute, and maintain reports and analyses that summarize functional activity, including comparison and analysis of actual to budgeted and forecasted results
·Maintain an intimate understanding of the key drivers for your assigned functions and projects
·Help drive greater financial discipline and accountability, and improved finance-related processes, within the research organization 

We’re looking for:

·BA or BS degree in finance or accounting preferred
·At least 8 years of finance experience, including management experience, with the majority in an FP&A role
·Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills required
·Knowledge of GAAP required and a high degree of proficiency with Excel
·Collaborative style and approach
·Experience with SAP and Hyperion preferred
·Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries and the clinical development process strongly preferred
·Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and relationship-building skills
