Group Overview:

Stock Plan Services provides Equity Compensation administrative and brokerage services to publicly traded corporations and their participants.

Job Description:

This newly created role will serve as the internal expert for all accounting and financial reporting related to Equity Compensation and in particular FAS123r. This person will regularly interact with the finance and accounting contacts at our existing clients as well as be an integral part of the sales process (including sales presentations). They will read and interpret all FASB standards and SEC disclosure rules in order to help guide the development and continued enhancement to our current recordkeeping platform. They will regularly educate our internal client facing staff on the intricacies of these standards and rules to create a consistent message for our clients.

Technical/ Functional qualifications needed:

5-10 years of financial or accounting experience within a corporate or brokerage environment, with some experience in a publicly-traded company.  Advanced knowledge of Excel and other MS Office Products and applications required.  Advanced presentation and interpersonal skills required.  CPA required
