DESCRIPTION:  Financial Analyst

Salary: $4,997 - $6,789/ month

The Santa Margarita Water District in south Orange County is seeking a Financial Analyst. This position works with budgets, reconciliation reports and does other report preparations. This position reports directly to the Director of Finance and works closely with staff and managers. Solid knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting and investment techniques required. Also, computer skills including Excel worksheets and some database software. The position requires the equivalent of a four year degree and five years experience. You need to be able to interact with all types of people and be incredibly detail-oriented.
