DESCRIPTION:  Business Analyst 

DSM Desotech is the world leader in the development of high-performance ultraviolet light (UV) curable materials used in a variety of today's top industries.

Job Description:

Support VP Finance in strategy studies, financial reporting and analyses on BU level, benchmarking operating companies, capital investments and other special projects.  Participate in financial due diligence during mergers & acquisitions and venture capital investments.  Design, refine performance measurement tools and participate in Quality Improvement Teams.  Proactively support our marketing, manufacturing and R & D teams in performance measurement and improvement. 

Experience/Skill Requirements:      

Minimum three to five years’ business experience. Expert knowledge of Access, Powerpoint, and Excel. 

Educational Requirements:    

BS in Accounting/Finance or related field.  Working on MBA in Finance or Accounting a plus.  Prefer masters in Finance/Accounting equivalent

Physical Requirements:        

Minimal as required in day-to-day office duties.  Willingness to travel within the US and to Europe on a regular basis.
