The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) is a membership

The Manager will be responsible for the financial leadership, planning and
oversight of the Information Technology organization including planning,
budgeting, reporting, forecasting, decision support, operational analyses and
compensation management.
Required qualifications include: 7 10 years of broad leadership experience in
Information Technology financial management with 3-5 years of demonstrated
supervisory experience
Preferred qualifications include: analytical, planning and project management
skills; experience managing several concurrent projects; ability to work with
varied constituencies to achieve business objectives; demonstrated success at
proactively developing and maintaining effective working relationships with
customers and peers; CPA certification
