DESCRIPTION: Sr. Manager Financial Governance

Overview:

The primary responsibilities for this position are to lead the business corporate governance programs in the audit services department for HbI.

Responsibilities:

Specifically, incumbent will have areas of responsibility relating to compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. Additionally, incumbent will be a liaison between HbI and outside auditors. Incumbent will work with all levels of management in other functional areas in matters related to policy compliance (corporate and group), accounting research and global business practice financial issues.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:
BA in Finance/Accounting required. CPA, CIA or CFE required. 7 - 9 years experience with the mix of public accounting/internal audit and accounting/finance in industry.
