We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Controller to provide leadership, management, training and team building. This position will support the food & beverage operations relative to day-to-day financial matters for the 50 plus F&B units within the Minneapolis-St.Paul International Airport. While the emphasis of the position is on fiscal management strong interpersonal skills are a must for this position.
Specifically, the successful candidate for this position will possess a BS Degree in Finance or Accounting along with 5-7 years experience as a Controller managing volumes in the $50-100 million range. Also must have experience in the following:
- * Profit/Loss & Balance Sheet Management
* Internal Controls/Loss Prevention
* Cash Management
* Budgeting/Forecasting
* Labor Productivity
* Excellent Organizational, Communication, Analytical Skills
* PeopleSoft/Excel Experience
