DESCRIPTION: Director Finance, North America Operations Controller

Teleflex Medical, worldwide manufacturer of medical and surgical instruments, seeks experienced Director of Finance/Operations Controller to join North American Finance team in RTP, NC.

Responsible for financial planning and reporting for multiple NA manufacturing and distribution facilities including: standard cost setting and compliance; physical inventory, valuation, and compliance; providing leadership to team (15) in multiple sites in US and Mexico.

Requirements: minimum 10 years in financial/accounting management positions in manufacturing (50% management/50% hands-on); outstanding technical accounting skills; direct supervision of multiple Controllers; manufacturing and/or distribution multi-site responsibility; BS Acctg, Finance, or business-related; ability to travel 50% in US and Mexico.

Pluses: Mexican Maquilla operations; SAP or PRMS; medical products industry; CPA; MBA; bi-lingual Spanish. Teleflex offers competitive compensation, bonus, and benefits including relocation package.
