DESCRIPTION: Production Finance Accountant
The Production Finance
Accountant will be responsible for reconciling the Production Accounting books to HBO G/L
for both domestic and foreign productions, completing the weekly funding procedures,
complying with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, reviewing financial statements and
participating in special projects. This position will interact regularly with production
accountants, Corporate Finance and other operating groups. This position will be
responsible for improving related systems/processes.
CPA required. Three to
five years of related experience preferred as well as an undergraduate degree in
Accounting or Finance. Strong analytical, communication, computer, systems and leadership
skills required. Production related experience preferred. Must be able to prioritize
and multi-task and be a self-starter.
