| The Victor Valley Wastewater Reclamation Authority
is currently seeking experienced and qualified individual for the position of s position provides management
to the accounting staff, financial, investment consultants.
The position is responsible for maintaining, planning, organizing, directing
accounting functions of fixed assets, investment/portfolio management, monthly financial
reports, investment reports, construction financing, cash flow, preparing rate schedules,
preparing multi-year user charge, sewer connection fees, budget preparation, auditing, and
fund management. The applicant should have knowledge of grant and loan application
processes, office administration with skills in governmental accounting, budget
preparation and execution. Applicant should
posses a minimum of four years of experience supervising employee teams, managing
governmental finances including, budget and investment management. A Bachelor’s degree is required in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. A valid certified public accountant (CPA) or MBA is preferred, but not required. COMPANY CONTACT INFORMATION: Submit
