DESCRIPTION: CONTROLLER
As a Sutter VNA & Hospice Controller, you'll have the opportunity to truly use your
financial savvy as a business professional and as a skilled leader. You'll be responsible
for the overall management of the Accounting Manager, as well as the Senior Accounting
staff. Also, you'll have responsibility for the operations of Accounts Payable, and
Payroll functions. Our Senior Managers are valued leaders, planners, supervisors,
educators, and mentors - all in one! You'll be responsible for coordinating the work of
internal/external audits, tax report preparation, Medicare report filings, and other
regulatory agency compliance. We are proudly not-for-profit, which means our revenue is
used to provide patient care regardless of a patient's financial status. This position is
located in
A BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Business is required; MBA, CPA preferred.
5+ years in management of Financial Services/Accounting Functions. Hospital finance
background preferred.
