Job description: Responsibilities include the accounting for the corporation's capital expenditures, expense budgeting and tracking for the Store Planning, Construction, Energy, and Facilities departments. This position will manage the month, season, and year-end financial closings and expense variance reporting for these departments and will report to the Senior Vice President and Controller for the corporation with a dotted-line reporting to the Senior Vice President of Store Planning & Construction. Additional responsibilities will include: leading an accounting staff to meet the objectives above and supporting senior management with special reporting and other administrative responsibilities as needed.

 

Requirements: A CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 6-10 years of construction accounting experience is preferred. Technical expertise in MS Excel, Hyperion and Timberline construction software would be a plus.
