DESCRIPTION: Senior Financial Reporting Analyst,
Visa Job # 6500

 RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare quarterly and annual financial statement and footnotes; anticipate and document the impact of new accounting pronouncements to the Company's financial statements; facilitate discussion with Management and implementation Accounting Policy changes necessary to reflect changing business conditions and new accounting pronouncements; perform monthly analytical review of operation results. Secondary job responsibilities: Maintain 5 years of historical comparable financial statements and related information; support the external audit process, coordinating timely preparation of client-prepared schedules for quarterly audit reviews; draft and publish summary of Significant Accounting and Operational issues quarterly in advance of external audit reviews.

REQUIREMENTS: Position requires bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, CPA, minimum of 3 years experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and 2 years experience with the preparation and analysis of all financial reporting including consolidations and notes to financial statements. MBA in Finance or related field, SEC experience, and experience with Oracle Financials is highly desired. This position also requires the ability to collaborate cross functionally on complex issues, driving to timely resolutions; the ability to present, organize, and convey complex problems or issues within and across other functions, attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
