1^st Vice President, Corporate Planning & Development

The first Vice President Financial Planning will be assigned responsibility for projects that may span management reporting and planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting, financial and business analysis, and financial systems development, implementation and integration. Key attributes of the person selected for this position will be: the ability to effectively perform in a dynamic and complex financial services organization; demonstrated leadership and management skills, including structured project management expertise and effective and concise communication and executive presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Must also possess the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management and staff, a demonstrated ability to perform complex financial and business analysis, including statistical forecasting and modeling techniques and a high level of product and business knowledge for the financial services and banking industries. Mortgage banking experience preferred. PeopleSoft and QRM experience, knowledge of EVA activity based costing and/or Six Sigma, and expertise with desktop automation tools including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio and Project preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA or Master’s in Finance or Accounting (CPA preferred) and 10 years of budgeting and forecasting experience in a financial services environment preferred.
