DESCRIPTION: Senior Digital Account Manager

Your challenge

This position will touch all aspects of the Philips Healthcare
business related to driving sales, profits and market share at
Walmart.com & Sam’s Club.com. The person must have experience as it
relates to strategic planning, portfolio management, and sales
analysis. Knowledge and with online retail is required.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare merchandising, advertising and assortment proposals that
will benefit both the company and account strategies.

• Maintain steady communication with account to ensure marketing and
sales strategies coincide and compliment customer marketing plans.

• Monitor retail sales, future plans, and competitive pressures to
maximize sales and profits

• Prepare monthly sales reports analyzing marketplace trends, retail
sales, individual account trends and competitive activity.

• Develop annual account plans based on short, mid and long range
plans presented by the appropriate brand groups.

• Strong negotiating Skills

• Process all advertising claims/deductions in a timely manner.

• Analyze all promotions in light of promotional funding to maximize
return on investment.

• Must be able to prioritize tasks and adapt to change quickly

• Administer all duties through effective use of computer skills/equipment.

• Executing on line marketing executions

• Planning and executing against all retail activities at Walmart &
Sam’s Club. This would include the management of the third party
broker services.

We are looking for

• Online selling k nowledge or direct experience

• Strong analytical skills – must have accurate reporting measures.

• Proven learning agility in new and fast paced environment

• Strong facilitation and problem solving skills – including idea
generation, conflict management, issue escalation, prioritization, and
the ability to manage changing priorities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to
communicate effectively across all levels of management, both internal
and with the account.

• 5-7 years of Account Management and/or Trade Marketing experience

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a 4-year college or university
